1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and using our educational services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


2. Admission & Enrollment

  • Enrollment in any course (such as Nazra, Hifz, Tajweed, or Dars-e-Nizami) is subject to availability and approval by the academy management.
  • Students must provide accurate and complete personal details in the admission form.

3. Fee Structure & Payment Policy

  • Course fees must be paid in advance or as per the agreed monthly installment plan.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable except in rare conditions approved by the administration.
  • The academy reserves the right to suspend classes if fee dues are unpaid beyond the grace period.

4. Online Class Conduct & Discipline

  • Students are expected to maintain respect, discipline, and proper etiquette during online sessions with scholars and teachers.
  • Unnecessary absences or habitual tardiness without prior notice may result in disciplinary action or removal from class groups.

5. Attendance & Leaves Policy

  • Students must notify their assigned tutor or support staff at least 3 to 4 hours in advance if they are unable to attend a live class.
  • Makeup classes for missed sessions will be scheduled at the teacher’s discretion and availability.

6. Course Materials & Intellectual Property

  • All curriculum material, class recordings, notes, and resources provided by Al-Noor Academy are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Course materials are strictly for individual learning and must not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.

7. Schedule Changes & Timetable Adjustments

  • The academy reserves the right to adjust class schedules, replace tutors, or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances or Islamic holidays.
  • Students will be informed of any schedule modifications in advance via WhatsApp or Email.

8. Technology Requirements

  • Students are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and necessary devices (laptop, tablet, or smartphone) to attend online classes.
  • Al-Noor Academy is not responsible for missed classes caused by internet or hardware failure on the student’s side.

9. Code of Ethics & Islamic Values

  • Students must respect the sanctity of Quranic and Islamic education.
  • Language or behavior that is offensive, disrespectful, or violates Islamic manners will not be tolerated.

10. Student Evaluation & Certification

  • Certificates (e.g., for Tajweed or Dars-e-Nizami) will only be awarded upon successful completion of required attendance, assignments, and final evaluations.
  • Management holds the final authority on grading and certificate issuance.

11. Parental Responsibility (For Minors)

  • For minor students (under 18 years), parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring attendance, class preparation, and timely payment of fees.

12. Account Termination & Class Cancellation

  • Either party may terminate the course enrollment with a prior written notice of 7 days.
  • Al-Noor Academy reserves the right to cancel a student’s registration for severe policy violations or misconduct.

13. Limitation of Liability

Al-Noor Academy shall not be held liable for any indirect damages or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.


14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
